Topic: Mike Kehoe will discuss and answer questions regarding the November ballot issue Proposition D.

The statewide measure on the November ballot, if approved, will phase in a 2.5 cent annual increase to the state's motor fuel tax over a period of four years. The funds will go to improving state roads and bridges with some of the funds going to local communities.

This is an important issue for business and residents of the state.
