24 hour phone service directing persons needing information/assistance to appropriate health and human services. Advocates/coordinates services for individuals and families at multiple agencies. Continually monitors availability of services. Conducts the Community Clothes Closet, Furniture Exchange Program, and the Adopt-A-Family Christmas Program.
